Team
As different as teams can be, they share three important requirements:
- First, a team has the task of doing a certain job, i.e. fulfilling the purpose of the start-up.
- Second, a team must ensure that the needs and interests of each member are taken into account to some extent so that they continue to contribute to the team. This can be done through money, but also through recognition or a sense of belonging.
- And thirdly, every team has to perform, maintain itself and continue to exist. This preservation of the system takes place, for example, through the development of structures and the elaboration of norms and roles.
These three requirements are often in tension with each other and must be balanced against each other and with each other again and again. This applies to both self-organized teams and teams with team leadership.
I accompany and support you and your team
- in team-building processes
- in situations of role and task clarification
- if you want to improve (transcultural) cooperation
- if you want to strategically reposition yourself with your team
- when your team is in a critical situation or a tangible conflict
As a team leader, you could moderate these processes yourself, but you are aware that the role of facilitator with process responsibility is difficult to reconcile with your content and management responsibility. I would be happy to accompany you as a moderator of the team retreat, during the implementation of workshops on certain topics, as a team coach or in the event of a conflict as a team mediator.
I am also at your side in existential situations, such as serious illness or death of a team member.
