I'm not going to give you a greenhouse gas inventory, but I'll tell you what is important if you want to create one. On the basis of such a GHG inventory, I develop a climate strategy with you. I will review whether it is legally required or reputational advisable for you to carry out sustainability reporting.
Diversity
Diversity is always present – be it in terms of gender and sexual orientation, age, origin or disabilities and chronic illnesses, or even in terms of department affiliation and status groups. I support you in shaping a diversity-friendly organizational culture. In doing so, I take into account scientific findings from diversity and gender research as well as from social and organizational psychology.
