Mediation
Mediation is a structured, confidential and open-ended procedure for resolving conflicts. As a mediator, I am impartial and see myself as a facilitator. My task is to support the parties in finding solutions to the conflict. It is important that the parties find these solutions themselves and voluntarily. The advantage is that the solutions found do justice to the interests of all parties involved. Therefore, mediation is a process that has a future-oriented effect and can lead to long-term peace. As a mediator, I listen to the parties, guide them through the process and support communication with each other.
Mediation focuses on cooperation instead of confrontation, on personal responsibility instead of hierarchical decisions, on strengthening conflict competence instead of asserting one-sided interests.
Mediation can be used in a conflict between two people as well as in conflicts with several people or several parties to the conflict. In addition, it is possible to incorporate mediative elements into other consulting and coaching processes. Take a look at my offers for team development and change processes.
