Team
Whether it's team development, role clarification, strategic realignment or dealing with conflicts: I support you and your team in gaining clarity together, strengthening cooperation and finding constructive solutions - as a moderator, team coach or mediator.
Mediation
Mediation is a structured, confidential and open-ended procedure for resolving conflicts. As a mediator, I am impartial and see myself as a facilitator. My task is to support the parties in finding solutions to the conflict. You can find out how to do this here.
Coaching
As a coach and sparring partner, I accompany you in questioning thought patterns so that you can see new solutions. Whether in a longer process, for example the first 100 days in a new role, or in impulse coaching, for example to prepare for a conversation, depends on you. We do it in such a way that it suits you.
