Leadership
Organizations are always about three dimensions of leadership: first, defining goals, second, accompanying people, and third, shaping the organizational framework. Keeping an eye on all three dimensions at the same time is often an enormous challenge for organizations and managers. The development of goals includes strategy development and the drafting of visions. Accompanying people means supporting them in their work, recognizing their competencies and giving feedback and asking for it. In order to design the organizational framework, structures and processes must be defined, responsibilities and roles must be clarified, and all these things must be changed together again if they no longer fit.
From a systems theory perspective, which is very close to me, leadership is understood as a function in organizations. This is less about what a leader should be like than what needs to be done – and not necessarily only by managers. But what does this mean for you and your organization? It means that the challenges remain, but you don't have to tackle everything alone within your organization.
I support and accompany you in all three dimensions of leadership: as a sparring partner, as a coach, as a trainer – and through entertaining lectures.
