I accompany you in strategy and change processes, support you and your team in development processes and act as a sparring partner in critical situations. In doing so, I pay special attention to internal communication processes and the interaction amongst organizational levels.
I support you in recognizing possible conflicts at an early stage and finding a constructive way of dealing with them. I do this in the Cologne/Bonn area, in Berlin, and beyond.
In different formats, I work with you to develop the right solutions for you – based on scientifically sound findings in the areas of communication, leadership, culture, sustainability and diversity. My passion lies in the combination of systems theory analysis and ethical reflection. Not only in explicit organizational ethics topics such as leadership culture, diversity and sustainability, but also in all other consulting and coaching approaches, I support you in thinking about organizational ethics implications.
