What do a centuries-old order, modern organizational theory and ethical questions have in common? More than it seems at first glance. My work with leaders and organizations is inspired by these sources: my research on the Jesuit Order, my penchant for complex organizations – and the question of what actually constitutes good action in institutions. Qualifications
What makes my advice special? In addition to training in organizational consulting and mediation, I have many years of experience in science and university management. I have also been influenced by intensive years of study and research in Latin America and Hungary – experiences that have sharpened my view of cultural diversity and complex systems in the long term.
